Shipping Policy

All items are made to order and require processing time before shipment. Please allow 5 weeks for production of all made to  order dresses/any items before it is shipped and or dates agreed to by both parties.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details (where applicable).

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service. Please note that delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances are outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
